Angela was the perfect realtor for me.

I was selling a very special property and as such I wanted to find not just a buyer but someone who would be its’ next custodian. My property comprised a newly renovated house but more importantly, a garden that was a botanical wonderland and home to generations of unique rainforest fauna. I wanted someone who would care for the flora and fauna a like, and continue to propagate the many species of plants cultivated over three decades.

My challenge was I didn’t live locally to Kuranda and I had no idea how I might find such a buyer. Angela put together a wonderful video showcasing what was so special about this property, supported this with a well written description and great photography. Within 24 hours the right person inspected the place and a contract was agreed within 4 days.

Angela’s knowledge, professionalism, compassion (towards me and the difficult decision to sell), and enthusiasm made the whole experience very smooth and calm. All I can say is Angela is polished gem! I have used her both for buying and selling houses. She goes above and beyond in her work and dedicates herself to making sure everything is just how you want it. In her endearing way, she makes you feel important and cared about…very considerate, conscientious and on the ball.
