Angela: Hi, I’m Angela Martin. Welcome to Eteleah Park. We’re at number 77 Kelly Road in Speewah. This has to be one of the shiniest, sparkliest diamonds of a property that you will ever, ever have come across. It is absolutely stunning. We’ve got 5 acres, we’ve got a beautiful house, a fantastic pool, and you are just going to absolutely fall in love with this property. Let’s go and have a look.
Come on into this beautiful home. You would have noticed on the way in that the house is actually brick. You’ve got air conditioned luxury in the whole of this house, and it really is fantastic in the tropics. We come into the main living area, a little bit of orientation. We have got four bedrooms and an office down this side of the house, plus the master, of course, has an en-suite, and we have a laundry and the main bathroom.
Then we have this gorgeous little open plan. Just airy, yummy feel of a kitchen, which has got granite bench tops. We have got beautiful brand new Smeg dishwasher. The kitchen is all solid wood. It really is just a really lovely feel. Have a look at this: We talk about little extras that are just fantastic, and we actually have lights in the pantry. It just makes finding those little bits at the back of the cupboard all the more exciting.
Let’s go for a wander in the house and then we’re going to go outside because this property is all about the outside.
Did you notice those fantastic cathedral ceilings which, again, just make the place really feel open and bright. If I’m standing here, I can actually feel the cross-breeze. Every single one of the bedrooms, that was the office, we’ve got a bedroom here, bedroom down on that bottom corner, and then the master is on this side.
We have got opening doors that all go on to this fabulous what’s sort of a wrap-around veranda. So again, you get that cross-breeze. We’ve got a huge big utility and laundry in here, which you can come in from the outside, and we have a really big, big bathroom for the great big double shower. Go and have a look.
I mentioned about the master bedroom having an en-suite and a walk-in robe, but before we even have a look at that all the doors along the hallway, all the doors in the house are solid wood, and you’ve got brass fittings. You just don’t see that quality anymore. The other thing is that each of the doors have actually got opening wooden louvres, which again just helps with that fabulous cross-breeze.
Come on in, this is something really special. This master bedroom has mirrors all the way along this wall. You walk in there to the walk-in robe. I’m going to go in here because it’s the secret en-suite.
You’ll see that when you come down the end of the hallway that we’re in a different part of the garden. We came in at the beginning, and that came up in to the living room and the kitchen area. I mentioned before that it’s all about the outside. The house is beautiful, the house is stunning, but the gardens and the location and everything that you see, it’s like a botanical garden.
I’m going to make no apologies, this whole property is like botanical gardens. Another little bit of orientation, we have, I suppose, a granny flat you could call it, over here. We’ll have a look at it in a bit more detail in a minute. But we’ve a great big games room. We’ve got a bedroom and we’ve got a bathroom and a toilet, and then outside the back of that, we’ve actually got a little germination area for plants.
Then over this side, we have got an absolutely humungous shed. It’s 4.5 meters high. But again, we’ll have a quick look at that. Excitement plus, let’s go and have a look at this resort swimming pool. Beautiful open deck verandas. You can feel the breeze. My hair is moving. But let’s go over there and have a look. It is absolutely to die for.
Oh, my goodness. Don’t you just want to absolutely jump into this crystal clear 200,000 litre swimming pool? You could just imagine well, it is a hot day, you can see it’s a hot day. The water temperature is absolutely gorgeous and, of course, we have got lounges, we’ve got a shade cloth, so we are not getting baked by the sun. The quality, I’m going to go on about the quality of this property.
We have got pavers and walkways everywhere, and they are in perfect condition. Top it all off, we’ve got a gazebo area with an open kitchen, we’ve got a barbecue. Of course, it is super duper easy walk back up to the house. This seriously, seriously is a stunning- amazingly stunning resort-style pool area. [music]
This shed is absolutely amazing. One of the things you’ll notice too is that whole property has asphalt roads on it. So you’re not going to get wet in the wet season. Well, obviously you’re going to get wet because it rains, but no mud, easy with your tractor, easy with your car. And as you can see we have got a massive 12×9 motorhome shed all on concrete, and of course in the middle, it’s about 4.5 meters high. You can get anything in there.
Another thing, hopefully, you will have noticed, is the pantry is there. At nighttime, well, they have got the most beautiful multi colored lights that come on automatically. Then the side of the shed, you’ve actually got a big fenced area that is, It’s actually veggie area, but there’s no veggies in it at the moment. Fabulous project for you to have a look at. But let’s go back up into the gardens and we’ll have a look at the granny flat.
Hopefully, you’re getting a sense of how fantastic the outside of this property actually is, including things like sprinklers on the lawns that come on automatically at night which keeps everything beautiful and botanic style green. Now, before we have a quick look at the granny flat, we’ve actually got a second entrance down the bottom of the property. Douglas Track West, and it’s been set up for camp events, motorhomes, tents, family, and friends, and it’s got two toilets and two showers and a fabulous kitchen amenities block. You’re going to have so many visitors on this fabulous, lush property.
Welcome to this brilliant little granny flat. The actual entrance to the sleeping area is here and it’s got a bedroom and a bathroom, and the other section is actually being converted into a games room. Now, the man caves on this property are unbelievably fabulous, but this is a great addition. We can play snooker, we’ve got piano, we’ve got a bar, we’ve got a little pot belly stove. It really is amazing.
Out the back, we’ve actually got a shed house for plants and for potting things up. It’s like a little germination area, and that backs onto dog kennels or a chicken run or an aviary, but fabulous, fabulous utility space round the back. Let’s go have a quick look in that bedroom and the bathroom.

Botanic style gardens are absolutely to die for. Bear with me, we’re just going to do a little bit of a recap. We’re on five magnificent acres. The gardens again, are stunning but incredibly low maintenance. We got a fabulous double brick four bedroom home with an office, wrap-around verandas so you can enjoy outdoors, fantastic 200,000 litre resort style swimming pool, and of course, all the infrastructure with the sheds.
A 5 bay shed, a 12×9 shed, that’s 4.5 meters high, a camping area which has got a couple of powered sites on it, and of course, the toilets and showers. A granny flat, again, for family and friends. But the views, we didn’t mention the views. I don’t know if you can see over there in the background, stunning, stunning mountain views. Of course, all the little things like the irrigation, colored lights at night, stainless steel gutter guard, solar hot water.
The list really just does go on and on. Just a shiny, sparkly diamond. I would think if you have 300 tick boxes, this property would tick every single one of them. The wish list is, its’s fulfilled.
