It’s great value for money because.. it’s 2 acres of pretty mostly flat useable land, so earthmoving costs for building will be minimised and it’s situated at the end of a no through road in ‘Fairy Land’. It’s also within walking distance to School and swimming pool.
It has a lovely open rainforest feel and sparkles with light at different times of the day, my favourite’s around 3pm in the afternoon. Also when you wander around the garden, you’ll see plenty of rare exotic indonesian fruit trees which are now very established and produce abundant fruits throughout the year. What a great excuse to learn how to make exotic jam!
