I was in the real estate industry myself a year or two back, and saw how well Angela performed in her local Kuranda region. I stalked her website for a while absorbing the excellent presentations she made for all her properties, regardless of their perceived market value. I soon realised there was simply no other choice so I made contact with her for an appraisal of our little farm in Oak Forest. From the very first phone conversation with Angela, I felt in perfect professional care. We followed her suggestions prior to listing and soon after, signed Angela up as our agent. Her planning, forethought and careful consideration of our needs shone through in absolutely everything she did. The video presentation was amazing and it came time to list. Wow!!! What a reception our little place got!!! Simply amazing the reach Angela has through her YouTube channel! It went bonkers immediately! A few days later, Angela had pre-screened a good number of potential buyers and they arrived for an inspection. When we returned, Angela was grinning and I knew she had something up her sleeve! Regardless of what feedback she gave after the inspection (one firm written offer and a strong verbal offer), she was still grinning and whipped a folder from behind her back – a clean contract, sight unseen buying purely from the video presentation!!! What an amazing woman! What an amazing sales pitch, what an amazing guide through the entire process! We have since settled and moved into a new place. My benchmark for an agent is simple. Do I trust them? With Angela, the answer is an resounding YES INDEED! Look no further, forget about the hype and hyperbole of other agents who simply tell you what you want to hear. If you want results, just ring Angela. I’m perfectly happy to discuss my review at length should need to hear it from the horse’s mouth. But just do it! You’ll fall in love with her service just as I did!

Angela is the real deal – a genuine person with a passion for her work and the people she represents. As far as I’m concerned Angela is a magician! The house was barely on the market when she sold it, and for a fantastic price. Angela was amazing to work with from start to finish, great communication and always lovely. We couldn’t be happier, and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Can’t rate Angela highly enough…she deserves 10 stars!!! Our property was sold in a matter of days! Her amazing video presentation meant we sold to buyers who were unable to see it in person!!! We had moved interstate and felt extremely confident leaving everything in her capable hands. Angela went out of her way to check in on the place regularly, notifying us of any issues and keeping the place tidy, plants watered, etc. She guided us through the entire contract process and was available for all our questions and so easy to contact at anytime.
