We interviewed three agents during the process of appointing Angela to act on our behalf in the sale of our home in Kuranda. We felt confident that we had made the best choice because of the way Angela presented herself at the interview. We decided that her striking personality and obvious ability in respect of recent sales would greatly assist us in reaching our own goal of an acceptable sale Angela kept us fully and promptly informed during the entire process; from presenting a marketing strategy to filming of the video, posting on the web and responsible enquiries from potential buyers. The property sold on the 18th day after listing and we were delighted with the sale price that Angela achieved for us. But Angela had yet to demonstrate all of her inherent capabilities. Through no fault of Angela, or ourselves, the settlement of our property became a difficult and protracted affair with the interstate buyer It was solely through Angela’s wise counsel and her paramount efforts, way beyond the call of duty, that we were able to finally achieve settlement at the original contract price.
