If you only read my first paragraph take this away: Angela Martin TV Real Estate is extraordinary. Next, that she arranged an amazing sales experience for us; Angela is a force of nature – endlessly ebullient and efficient and charming to do business with. She has incredible energy and enthusiasm for her work – and an infectious way of engaging clients. I wish all real estate experiences were like this. We had tried a local agent with a really lacklustre approach to our sale, presenting us with an offer that frankly never eventuated despite endless contract extensions. So I was extra demanding when looking for another agent and at long distance – we were in Melbourne trying to sell a property in Kuranda as executors – so despite never having met Angela, we have had one of the best relationships I can recall over a transaction of this magnitude…it’s a major event selling a house, even a small one! Furthermore I should add that Angela normally deals with prestige properties at the elite end of the market and ours, shall we say, was a much more modest proposition – so I was likewise bowled over that she treated us as if we were the only client on her books. I was amazed that she had the dedication to sort out the maintenance, cleaning and clearance with her team (which had been neglected, despite our paying previously for it). She made the house look immaculate and has the eye for what sets a property apart, even if it isn’t a palace on a hill… This all combined into a sales result that we have been delighted with – and run smoothly as Angela also has access to all the electronic contract documentation and is really efficient and timely in her communications. Remarkably, its only a little over a month that we first approached Angela with instructions and we settled today. If you’ve made it this far, then you’re obviously considering using Angela’s services and have probably looked at a few other agents – I can assure you we couldn’t recommend her highly enough and you don’t need to carry on looking.
