Angela Martin: Hi, I’m Angela Martin and welcome to 10 Forest Close in Kuranda. You’ve just come in through the main door and it actually looks like a single door, but the two open doors or the fly screen doors open up and the two internal doors open up as well so that you feel like you’ve got plenty of open access. A bit of orientation, we’ve come into the main living area. Off to your right, we have got the kitchen, we’ve got a bedroom, we’ve got the main bathroom with that double shower. At the end of the corridor, it takes us through into the double garage with the laundry. Then, off to your left, we have got the master bedroom at one end and then, we’ve got an office or another bedroom the other way. Let’s go and have a look at the kitchen.

The living area here opens up beautifully into the kitchen. Come on in, you’re in the kitchen. We’ve got our Bosch appliances, electric stove. We’ve got a gas cooktop. We’ve got a fabulous microwave oven and of course, our washing machine to wash the dishes and we look out onto the patio, just gorgeous.

Come on through to the master bedroom. On your left-hand side, you’ve got the ensuite with the corner spa. It’s got beautiful glass tiles on it. Again, it’s 100% private. Before we walk into that, come into the main bedroom. It really is huge. It’s about five meters that way, by about five meters that way and we’ve got fabulous views out to the garden through this window and out, Bougainvillea, Sheena’s Gold, gorgeous palm trees and of course, fern trees. Just behind you, you’ve got the walk-in robe. You’re just going to love this space.

The gardens are really gorgeous. This area here, it’s gently sloping, but it does have grass. It’s got bromeliads. It’s got a couple of fruit trees. You’ve got plenty of space at the back of the house, like I mentioned at the beginning, to put a deck on it or extend it. It is really just opportunity plus, but this is 100% private. You’re seriously going to fall in love with it.
