I don’t know if you noticed at the beginning too that we’ve actually got dual access for extra flexibility if you’ve got lots of toys plus low-maintenance beautiful tropical gardens. Roughly 3,400 square meters, which is about one are. So let’s go and have a look. You’re seriously gonna fall in love with it. Isn’t this absolutely fantastic? There’s a brilliant, wonderful, exciting spot just around there that you’ve had a little glimpse of that I want to share with you. But you come into what is a lovely, big, airy living area. Totally air-conditioned for all year round comfort. And this takes us out onto a patio, which we’ll go out and have a look at when we go into the gardens. Crimsafe doors on all the doors. So again, you can leave the house, you know, unopened or unlocked. So you can leave the house during the day and let plenty of air flow come through. We’ve got the master bedroom. Well, we’re not gonna go into the master bedroom yet. I have to show you this fantastic, and I mean, fantastic lifestyle kitchen. It is beyond gorgeous. Now, when I say brand new, I mean brand new. There has been no expense spared in actually putting this kitchen together. And it’s called an American style Shaker kitchen, it’s just beyond beautiful. I get so excited about this. Things like spice drawers. Come have a look at that. That is just great. It’s where you need to have all your bits when you are cooking. You know, they’ve got little bits um, on the drawers. This cooker is sensational. It’s gas cooktop um, electric ovens. And it has a big wok burner in the middle. So if you like, know, stir-fries or Asian cooking, absolutely fantastic. I just want to show you this because you don’t see big cookers like this. We’ve got a grill in here. Come a little bit closer. We’ve got pans in here. I want you to have a look. Can you see? Yes. And then this here, look at that. How brilliant is that? And all the beautiful knobs, I have no idea what they do. But if you are a chef, you are gonna seriously just be like, oh my gosh, I just have to cook something again. Wonderful tonight. Gorgeous range hood here. The old style, you know, the glass with the lights. Just like, your grandma used to have. And a Butler sink. This is a really big fancy schmancy sink. Again, if you have a look in here, only because it’s all brand new, you’ve got the stainless steel bits in the bottom so that you can put your pots and your pans in there and you’re not, you know, you’re not going to bang the sink. Love it. Absolutely love it. Now, granite benchtops. Oh my goodness. Granite, not plastic, not laminates, but proper granite benchtops. All the way round, we’ve got a granite stone bench for your back splashback and, you know, soft-close drawers, as you would expect. Big cutlery inserts so that you can put all your bits and your bobs in there. Oh, just love that. I just gotta open up all these bits. Uh, you know, for your baking. It really is a kitchen on steroids. And if you are, for example, a pastry chef, well, this would just be amazing because it’s cold enough to be able to do and big enough to be able to do all your pastry stuff. I’m just gonna open up one more drawer. Oh my goodness, deep drawers. Just fantastic. Room for a big fridge here. And I just love these lights. They just really set this whole sparkly kitchen off. Don’t fall over when I say this is nearly $70,000 worth, seven zero. That’s what we’re looking at right here. So just breathe it in and we’re gonna have another wander through.
You’re not gonna be able to stop thinking about that wonderful kitchen. I don’t think in many houses there is a kitchen that has been more beautifully put together, and it’s just, always hug the trees, but you just wanna hug the granite. Absolutely fantastic. So this is a great living space, uh, office nook. You know, could make it into another room, or you could put a lounge or a sofa, anything you want there. Remember, they’re just spaces, but this is super-duper functionality. Love the wood-burning stove. We do get a little bit of chilly air in the evenings in the winter, of course. And I’m going to do the bedrooms. So let’s come through the master. The master is a big room. The house is all new fans throughout, new carpet throughout. And this is a really big king bed. So you can see that you’ve got plenty of space, you know, all the way around, just from an orientation point of view. That’s the front entrance just out there. There’s a shipping container, does not come with the property. And that great headboard, you know, so it just makes it feel nice and big. We’ve got an ensuite and we’ve also got a walk-in robe. It’s got a shower, toilet and vanity. The shower is plenty big. We’ve got a, actually stand up in here. We’ve got a great big shower, roll is just there. Plenty of room for splish splashing, tiled floor. Toilet just where you are at the moment. And the bathroom, the ensuite in the main bathroom are original, perfectly clean, beautifully serviceable. The inside of the cupboards are in mint condition, very, very good condition, just great. And then, of course, when we come back out, we can see I mentioned the bed head before. So you don’t have to worry about banging your head on something if you’ve got a bed suite, just really, really inspired. The walk-in room here is big, plenty big. We’ve got shelves all the way around here, plenty of space to hang all your bits and your bobs up. And then we’re back into what is just this really relaxing lifestyle living area. Back through into, I love this kitchen. This is just, I keep going on about it, kitchen on steroids. And then we come through into the main bathroom. Almost identical to the ensuite in that, you know, it’s in mint condition. It is original; it’s in mint condition. And we’ve got another shower up in here, with frosted glass doors. And that takes us through into the garage, which of course we’ll have a look at. Toilet, you know, a normal-size toilet and fantastic laundry. We’ve got a stainless-steel sink. We’ve got some great, you know, space there just to put on your… Folding your towels and anything else that you want to do in your laundry. But this is wonderful. Central area, dining area. Now, again, you can configure it whichever way you actually want, but look at those lights. Look at those lights sparkle. They have got like little bobbly bits on them. Oh, they’re just absolutely glorious. And then behind us, we have got another three bedrooms. One in here. Same look and feel with the extended bed heads, again, just for mega convenience. New fans, we’ve got the louvers on the windows, or sorry, the Venetian blinds on the windows. And here too, this looks out onto the patio at the back, again, just for a little bit of orientation. This bedroom does have air conditioning on it, and each of the rooms have actually got sliding, sliding robes. So colour codes with the walls, absolutely lovely. And then this other third room in here, same thing. This overlooks this gorgeous, you can see it. It’s actually where we hang out our washing, which will go out just again, great. That extended bed head for that extra convenience and a magic big cupboard here, which I’m not going to open, but it’s a really big utility cupboard. So we’re getting the sense of… easy living, a low-maintenance lifestyle. We’re going to head out onto the patio area and we’re going to have a look at the gardens and a quick peek into that garage.
And again, I just wanted to show you we’ve got these magic, Crimsafe doors again, so that, you know, if you get up and you go out to work for the day, you can have all the ventilation come through and doors are all locked, houses nice and that nice and safe. Now, this is amazing. Undercover outdoor lifestyle living at its very, very best. It has got plenty of space. This was the living area here, uh, that we came in from the front door. Plenty of room for an undercover gym and look at the size of this table one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, ten people could absolutely love eating pizza at this table and this pizza oven actually comes with the property it is just beautiful it was um you know designed and made specifically for this property and it is just such a imagine your family your friends in that kitchen, preparing all your fresh dough and all your pizza bits and then putting them in here, relaxing. Like it just feeds the soul. What would get any better than that? We’ve got the equivalent of an outdoor kitchen. So, you know, we’ve got stainless steel here; we’ve got barbecue. And again, all our prep is, it’s easy. It’s just easy. And we are in amongst. Look at this. We are among the most gorgeous. Tropical environment, you know, we’re privileged to live in Far North Queensland and you’ll see these little fairy lights up here around the patio in the evening at night they go on and they just sparkle just adding to the feel and the ambience of the whole lifestyle living. Now, the gardens I mentioned were about 3,400 square meters, which is close to one acre. So you have a very private oasis to just relax. We stand here; you cannot see any of your neighbours. It’s incredibly quiet. It’s incredibly private. And this is just natural beauty all the way around. Absolutely just fantastic. Um, lovely bit of lawn just here. Again, we’ve got our plants. We’re gonna go up there in a minute because that’s where the dual access is. I wanna show you that. In fact, we’re here. Let’s go. Let’s actually have a look at it now. But look at the quality of this lawn. It’s beautiful. And if we turn around so that we can look back here at our outdoor lifestyle entertaining area, it’s just amazing. We’ve got a little garden shed just around the back here, which again, we will have a look at. Oh, look at these beautiful flowers. Absolutely gorgeous colour. It just pops. And you know, this just feels luscious. It’s just gorgeous. So up in here, I don’t know if you can see it, but we’ve actually got, ah it’s probably hard to see in the camera, but we’ve got a jade vine, which is one of the most beautiful tropical um dangling flowers. And it’s blue, which is very, very, very unusual in the rainforest. Very unusual. So, this spot up here. Is part of the dual entrance. So we come in from Gregory Terrace, so we’re on a corner, so Bangalow runs along that way. We’ll actually just have a quick look out here so you can see. And this was the Gregory Terrace entrance. Beautiful neighbourhood, everybody’s got gorgeous lawns, everybody’s got gorgeous gardens. And this is where we started. So that’s Bangalow there, and the property comes all the way up to here. So you can get a sense of just how big it actually is if we turn around this way. Uh, now, the reason we’ve got all these rocks and stones is because um heavy machinery can be put in here. You know, can have trailers, you can have bobcats, you could have excavators, you could have whatever you want because… It’s not going anywhere. Very supportive. We’ve got a gate here. But you know, if you wanted to, you could convert this back to lawn. You could convert it into, you know, a stone wall garden. You could convert it into veggie beds, whatever you want. But you do have absolutely brilliant convenience. You get all this space. What more could you want?
Absolutely glorious. We’re gonna just, I’ll quickly show you where we actually hang up our washing, but as always, I want to show you everything there is to see. These Licuala palms, they are probably at least 50 years old. I mention them a lot because they are revered and are symbolic of the wet tropics, and they are so slow to grow. We’ve got a little shed, a garden shed just here. Look at that. And we’ve still got little fairy lights that dangle through the palm trees, through here, onto where we’ve got a little bit of a greenhouse. We’re gonna go back up there in a minute, but before we do, take you into the back of where the laundry is. Now, we could walk all the way around the outside, but as always, I always just try to make it just a little bit more complicated. That’s a little shed that we’ve looked at from the back, and this is brilliant. A laundry area. It’s fenced around the house for little dogs. Just this little area here. So if you have a little dog or children, know, super duper handy. This is brilliant. Where else in the world can you hang up your washing and not worry about it raining? It’s the little things, Angela. It really is. And for the ladies in the family, they probably think this is just absolutely magic. Now, again, from an orientation point of view, we can go into the garage this way. That’s the back door to the garage. And that goes into the laundry. Or we can walk around here and head back up back to, look how easy these are. Back up around to the front, and we’ve got a garage just here. So absolutely magic. That’s the door there into the laundry. Just super, super convenient. And it’s got a remote control so that door can just go up and down. And then we have another little whence upon area. Look at these gorgeous flowers, bromeliads. I love that. You sort of wonder, know, when you have garden art, what that actual machine would have been, what it would have been used for. It’s just absolutely brilliant. But this again is just spectacular. We’ve got a lovely lawn. It’s been beautifully looked after. It’s immaculately maintained. We’ve got our Licualas and then… You know, we’ve got a little path that just joins us up again to where we had that little bit of greenhouse. It is just got all the elements that you would want. Absolutely beautiful.
