Isn’t this just fantastic? I mentioned modern and fresh, and it’s literally ready to move in. It’s the ultimate low-maintenance property.
The kitchen is stunning. I had to coordinate my outfit today—red to match the amazing red and black theme here. It really pops! It’s got a wow factor. We’ve got a stainless steel sink, plenty of cupboards and drawers, a great big cooktop, and a range hood.
The whole property features tinted glass and metal screens to keep the bugs out. There’s a walk-in pantry that’s huge beyond belief. Imagine all the pots, pans, and food you could store in there.
We also have a black dishwasher that complements the gorgeous red and black theme perfectly. This big living space is bright and spacious. The sandstone tiles throughout the property are a major wow factor, starting at the front entrance.
The property features lovely big double wooden doors that let in plenty of natural light. There’s even a little spot tucked behind the door for keys, glasses, or your phone.

The shower is big enough to put your arms out, with a rainforest-style showerhead for an indulgent experience. The organic inlays in the sandstone floors add a lovely detail.
Now, onto the master bedroom. It’s big and brightly lit, with a fan and massive windows. You can open the windows for airflow or keep them closed with security screens for peace of mind.
Imagine waking up in the morning and looking out at your private oasis—it’s absolutely beautiful. The curtains add a romantic touch to this space. There’s a large mirror and an indulgent his-and-hers shower, complete with a red cabinet that pops beautifully. You could easily fit a king bed and plenty of furniture in here.
The walk-in-closet has space for hooks, hangers, and shelves, which you can easily outfit from Bunnings for a functional layout. There’s a great linen cupboard as well.
The other two bedrooms are spacious, each with air conditioners and walk-in closets.
The laundry is big, with a solid utility bench made of stainless steel and plenty of space for dryers. Let’s head to the shed next before checking out the beautiful swimming pool.
The shed is unbelievable! It’s massive, with a concrete driveway leading up to it. The property also has a 10.2 KVA solar system, so your power bills will practically disappear.
You could fit up to four cars in the shed. One section of the shed was formerly a commercial distillery, complete with taps and power points. It’s flooded with natural light and equipped with air conditioning. It could easily be transformed into a bedroom, office, or outdoor kitchen. The possibilities are endless.
