Hi, and welcome to number 16 Cadagi Drive in Kuranda. I’m Angela Martin. Today we have a fabulous property. We’re on three beautiful, beautiful acres. Fabulous backdrop of this magnificent rainforest and in amongst it we’ve got a hybrid pool, it’s a spa, it’s about 8,000 liters. It is custom design, you can actually see– Oh, it’s nice and warm. You can see all the paving around about it. It’s about 1.8 meters deep and it’s fabulous, it can be heated, solar heating, gas heating, but really important this decking is mod wood, so it’s sustainable, it won’t splinter, it won’t rot and it’s all built on a fabulous steel frame. what an environment.
This is the third tier of the property and it’s got a gate here. We’ll go down and a magic, magic, magic, magic rainforest, but if it’s overgrown, you can cut away lots of little bits. The beauty is there’s a beautiful big pond at the bottom. Go have a look.
