Angela Martin: Hi, I’m Angela Martin and welcome to number 28 GreenHills Road in Kuranda. Today we have a beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom property. It’s on 1 acre of land. In Kuranda 1 acre doesn’t always mean a lot because it is not always usable. In this instance, we have beautiful, beautiful tropical gardens. It’s a brand new look and feeling house. We’ve got fabulous features here if you come through. Magic use of color and, of course, it’s very, very private. Come on in and have a look.

For those who know me, I have a fascination on yummy kitchens and this one is no exception. I see a lot of properties where the stone is not real stone. This is granite, it’s absolutely gorgeous. It complements this whole big, yummy lifestyle kitchen area. We’ve got a dishwasher here, we’ve got plenty of space which you’ll see when the video comes round.
We’ve got a cooker, we’ve got a little nook and whilst I normally don’t show inside cupboards, tada, great big space there for the pantry. I hope my owner doesn’t give me a row for that one. Have a look through here, we’ve got the office or a fourth bedroom and that takes us through into the front entrance door. Go for a wander.

It’s always difficult when you come into a property that you’ve never been in before or just looking at pictures to get a sense of where you are at. We are in the main kitchen area, we’ve had the entrance and the fourth bedroom there. When we go down this hallway off to the right, we’ve got the double garage, we’ve got a laundry, we’ve got a bathroom, we’ve got another bedroom. Off to the left we’ve got a bedroom, plus the master en-suite, and you go.

As we come out the front entrance here, we just come in the drive. Off to the right we’ve got a little shed. Come this way. It’s very cute on the stepping stones. It’s a secret little hiding place. It’s a shed that’s currently used for a gym, but it does have power and it leads all the way through here, little veggie patch and just a little private haven. Come in and have a good look. This is a fabulous lifestyle balcony. It’s fully tiled. We have water screens that can move up and down when it’s raining. Just so you’ve got your perspective, we’ve got the main master bedroom in there and of course we’ve got a living areas here. Room enough for a great big table with three, six, eight chairs. What I really love about this is that is is 100% private. I don’t know if you can see it, but there’s golden painter just over on the right-hand side, but we’ve missed it, we’ll get it next time.

It’s very low maintenance because it’s rendered brick. It’s fully tiled, we have solar hot water, big long hot showers, don’t have to feel guilty. We are on an acre of absolutely beautiful land as you can see.
This is the entertainment area as we said before. It’s 100% private. I just really, really, really love the feel of it. We’ve got a magic kitchen, we’ve got a shed down there that you can use for pretty much whatever you like, remote garage door and plenty of storage space. I know we only had a little peak in one of those cupboards, but throughout the house we’ve got plenty and plenty of space.
