For those who are not familiar with the area, Koppen Terrace is a prestige street, we’re at the high elevated end, five minutes to Cairns. This particular property here is actually at the very end of a no through cul-de-sac road. This place is exciting, it’s a three-bedroom, it has an extra office, it has a sleepout, but what does it for me, apart from the swimming pool, is the fact that it’s on about 860 square meters. Just so that we’ve got a little bit of orientation with this property, we’ve coming through the front door, and this side of the house has the two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Then down through the corridor, we actually have the master ensuite and the bedroom. The office and the sleepout we spoke about off to your right can be used as an office or an extra bedroom, and we have a little bit of a balcony that’s been self contained here that could be a sleepout. In this way we’ve got a kitchen, it’s beautifully tiled and functional, go have a look.
Ensuites are never normally this large. As you come in, you’ll actually get the sense that it’s bright and open an area with the views to the garden and obviously the door is open too. For me, as you come through here, we’ve got the toilet going through there, but two really huge cupboards, the sliding doors and about yay deep and you can get lots and lots of storage. Have a look.
You’ve just come out the main entertainment area, little barbecue area, just off to your right and I couldn’t help but notice we’ve got fresh tomato plants growing, absolutely beautiful. Go for a wander over here, we’ve got the washing line, just over there to your left we’ve actually got where you come out of the ensuite and swimming pool, go have a look.
I’ve got to be careful I don’t fall in the pool, but I really hope you’ve enjoyed your view of 65 Koppen Terrace today. What do I love about this property? Well, there’s lots of lots of things. We’ve got the most amazing views here from the swimming pool, we’re on a really large 860 square meter. A gorgeous tropical garden is established and it’s a low-maintenance house, the current owners have been here for about 12 years. Whoever buys this has got potential plus.
