We’re on approximately one acre we have got an amazing cute as beans little granny flat, and we’ve got a two-bedroom, two-bathroom pole home, and we’ve got all these lovely rainforest plants, we’ve got beautiful rainforest tracks, a little creek down the bottom and it is just an amazing little bit of paradise. How lovely is this? I know that you can’t see it but we’ve got heaps and heaps of louvers there. You would have seen it when you came out and beautiful big entertainment deck. Normally as you would know when you actually buy in the rain forest sometimes it can be just a little bit dark but we’ve beautiful sunny day today. The current owners have cleared some of the trees so that there’s plenty of grass trampling down there for the little ones that are currently here and just beautifully maintained gardens, just gorgeous.

This is the granny flat. How cute is that? Ideal if you’ve got people staying, extended family, or you just want something for an outer studio. It’s lovely.

Please, don’t be put off if you’re a larger family by only having two bedrooms in the main house. This whole area underneath is absolutely ginormous. You could build that in, you could make it a rumpus room, you could make it into a third or a fourth bedroom and you’ve also got that granny flat. Over there we’ve got a creek and as you can see we’ve got fabulous lifestyle. We’re going to auction. The owners are open to offers prior.
